SuperDARN Workshop 2025 - Requests for waiver of registration fee

The annual SuperDARN Workshop will be held June 2 - 6, 2025 at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center in Roanoke, Virginia with support from the National Science Foundation. To encourage the participation of students, early-career researchers, and members of underrepresented groups, limited funds are available to waive the cost of registration. The costs of traveling to the meeting and accommodation will remain the responsibility of the attendee. Registration includes breakfast and lunch for all days of the workshop, coffee breaks, receptions, a banquet dinner, and a mid-week excursion. We anticipate that the Workshop website will open for registration and hotel booking in late January. At this point we solicit applications from interested individuals for waiver of the registration fee. The deadline for submission of applications is February 15. Decisions regarding support will be made by March 1.
