Congratulations to Dr. Mike Ruohoniemi for promotion to full Professor in the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering! He and Dr. Jo Baker have built a team of researchers and graduate students in the SuperDARN HF radar lab within Space @ VT.
