Bharat's paper summarizes our knowledge of M-I coupling and its impacts on convection as of the conclusion of the NSF GEM Storm‐Time Inner Magnetosphere‐Ionosphere Convection (SIMIC) focus group (2012–2017).

Xueling's paper, which contributed to completion of her PhD degree, analyzes the occurrence of ULF waves observed by satellites and SuperDARN radars.
