Issue #6 - Duplicate dat files

Issue #6 involves a set of 592 dat files that were duplicates inadvertently placed on the mirror.
The files were placed on the mirror on October 27th 2014. There were 622 files placed on the mirror, of which 592 were duplicates of previous files. The rest of the files were in fact new files.
The duplicates were found and removed on December 15th 2014 and were placed in the blacklist.
