The SuperDARN Workshop 2026 will be held in Nagoya, Japan, at the Higashiyama campus of Nagoya University, from June 7 to 12. The annual workshop brings together scientists and engineers with shared interests in space science, particularly where it can be advanced by application of the SuperDARN HF radars and related instrumentation.

We started accepting abstract submissions and registrations (we start accepting the payment in the beginning of March).
The time schedule is as follows:
February 02: Website open
March 01: Start accepting payments
March 31, 2359 JST: Deadline for the early registration
May 06, 2359 JST: Deadline for the abstract submission
May 31, 2359 JST: Deadline for the registration

One advice: we recommend booking your accommodation at your earliest convenience, as hotels in Nagoya can fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons or when other large events are scheduled.
